We're looking for a data leader who can launch and scale enterprise data governance and master data management (MDM) strategies—especially around provider, patient, and payer data. The ideal candidate is someone who’s equally comfortable influencing executives and rolling up their sleeves to define policy, stand up catalog/MDM tools, and lead hands-on governance operations. You must be empathetic, strategic, and comfortable driving process and compliance within a healthcare setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who sees the “big picture” of enterprise data management but also knows what it takes to build the program from the ground up.

As Vice President of Data Governance, you will lead the enterprise-wide strategy and execution of data governance, metadata management, data catalog, and MDM solutions. You’ll oversee data stewardship, establish scalable governance practices, and partner across the business to drive data quality, compliance, and enablement.
