About the Role & Project

As traveling superintendent, you will be tasked with leading the construction of a new $130M project which includes a 50k sq. foot recreational building and multiple ball fields in Odessa, TX. Key responsibilities and tasks include directing all subcontractor and vendors, enforcing company and construction safety procedures, logging all relevant project milestones and updates, and managing the day-to-day schedule of the project. You will be working with a whole project team including a project manager, assistant supers, and project coordinators to deliver the job on time and within budget while representing the organization with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading commercial construction projects preferably in the K12 sector
• Exceptional knowledge of all construction trades and vendors
• A strong safety track record and mindset
• Ability to solve unforeseen problems efficiently and effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to travel

Compensation & Benefits

• $100k-$130k base salary
• Relocation package and per diem
