Day-to-Day
Lead by example—run daily sales operations and keep teams motivated.
Train and support front desk staff on sales techniques.
Develop creative ways to improve retention and service add-ons.
Partner with local marketing and leadership to boost promotions.
Ensure every client enjoys a premium spa experience.
What You'll Need
2+ years managing sales teams in a service-focused environment.
A track record of hitting revenue goals.
Confidence leading small groups.
Professional communication with a client-first attitude.
Ability to travel and adapt quickly.
