This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand & Web Designer in the United States or Canada.

We are seeking a talented and multidisciplinary Senior Brand & Web Designer to drive the visual identity and digital experience of our products and brand. In this role, you will take ownership of web design, motion, and 3D assets, crafting cohesive and scalable digital experiences that engage and inspire users. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring design-to-code fidelity and a unified visual language. This position offers the opportunity to influence the redesign of major web pages, contribute to a growing design system, and shape how complex technical solutions are communicated through bold, functional, and accessible design. Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of web pages, landing pages, and digital assets, including static graphics, motion, and 3D elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and fidelity from concept to code.
  • Drive the redesign of key website pages to align with evolving brand and product visions.
  • Develop and maintain components within the design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency.
  • Create animated assets and interactive content using tools such as Lottie, Rive, Spline, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D.
  • Conduct design audits to maintain high visual standards, usability, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
  • Contribute to process improvements, tooling, and documentation within the design team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in scalable, responsive web and brand design, preferably in creative agencies or fast-paced design environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual and systematic design work, including high-fidelity prototypes (Figma, React, HTML/CSS).
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, and interaction design principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders from leadership to developers.
  • Preferred: experience with motion/animated assets (Lottie, After Effects) and web-based 3D tools like Spline.
  • Comfortable with developer tools, Git, and web build processes.
