Top producing real estate team is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to work with our clients from the point of offer to closing. Candidate must be a Lake County (IL) resident, and able to work in a fast paced, professional environment. We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

• Must be  extremely computer savvy.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Possess  EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail. We are a multi-million-dollar real estate team and there is  little margin for error in our office.
• Spectacular organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Must be a quick learner and an excellent problem solver.
• Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, at times having the ability to think outside the box.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Flexibility to respond to emails outside of typical business hours as needed.

Previous experience in real estate preferred.
