• Analyze flight plans: evaluate routes, aircraft performance, permits, tech stops, restrictions, NOTAMs, weather, ETPs, and alternates
• Perform performance calculations, prepare OFPs, and manage dispatch activities
• Prepare and deliver crew briefings, keeping crews informed 24/7 (including live phone comms with U.S. crews)
• Monitor flights and execute flight following / ERP responsibilities
• Plan fuel strategies and requirements
• Coordinate with global providers (handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, etc.)

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years’ flight planning/dispatch experience
• Strong aviation background with proven analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Flexibility to work shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays)

• Global operations experience, including long-range/ETOPS/EDTO planning
• Familiarity with flight planning engines (ArincDirect, PPS, ForeFlight)
• Experience across multiple business jet types (Global 5/6/7500, GLF 5/6/7, Falcon 6X/7X/8X, BBJ)
• Dispatcher License
