Position Overview:

We’re hiring commission-only door-to-door sales reps to sell window cleaning service contracts. This is a high-activity, field-based role where you’ll engage homeowners directly, offering recurring services they need — and closing deals that put serious money in your pocket.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods (you’ll be trained on where and how).
• Pitch our window cleaning packages and lock in contracts.
• Follow up with leads and set appointments.
• Represent Aspire Windows professionally and with integrity.
• Track activity and performance (we’ll give you tools).

Compensation:

• Commission-only (no base salary).
• Average reps make $5,000+/month.
• Top reps make $20K–$40K+ per month.
• Paid weekly via direct deposit.
• Performance bonuses and incentives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and confident communicator.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Willing to knock doors and get uncomfortable.
• Sales experience helps, but not required — we train you to close.
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
