Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial projects ($20M+). This position is responsible for overall field leadership—ensuring schedules are met, subcontractors are coordinated, quality and safety standards are upheld, and challenges are addressed quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead project schedules (MS Project preferred).
• Lead on-site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Oversee project logistics, safety compliance, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensure work meets contract documents, codes, and quality standards.
• Track subcontractor performance, cost controls, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing large commercial or industrial projects ($20M+).
• Proven record as the lead superintendent on ground-up projects.
• Strong scheduling and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Aviation or pre-engineered metal building experience a plus.
