Architectural Designer vacancy in Washington USA Architectural Designer We are a leading architectural firm in Washington, seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per week. Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial buildings
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings
Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

Canadian nationality or experience working in Canada
Fluent in English
Student looking for part-time or summer job opportunities
