About the Role
We are looking for a professional and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing client communications, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a growing company in the hospitality and travel space.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients via phone, email, or online platforms
Maintain accurate calendars and update appointment records
Provide friendly, timely communication to clients before and after scheduled meetings
Support team members with scheduling needs and follow-ups
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable using online scheduling tools and platforms
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Previous experience in customer service, admin, or hospitality preferred
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
